The History of Firemouth Pottery and Gallery

Firemouth Pottery and Gallery was founded in 1977 and quickly became a magnet for pottery lovers from Boulder Junction, Wisconsin and beyond. The growing art community and ever-increasing number of artists and craftspeople in our area continue to make Boulder Junction a focal point for the northern Wisconsin art scene.
 
Owner/Potter Bill Karaffa wanted to create an environment of diverse artisic styles and media that was easily accessible to the public. After 10 years doing the art fair circuit as well as running a small showroom at their home, Bill and his wife Cathy decided to try their hand at running a gallery in an in-town setting.  

Firemouth Pottery is situated in the rear corner of the Junction Square Shops.
